CANCELLATIONS 1. 30+ days before arrival: $50 charge (Deposit - $50 will be refunded)
2. 15 - 30 days before arrival: Deposit or $100 charge, whichever is less
3. 0 - 14 days before arrival: NO REFUND of deposit
